As long-term vision, I want to work for a food company in the future. I hope that I will convey the importance of healthy food and life to many people in the world. The reasons why I have these hopes are that I like cooking and that I noticed the importance of healthy food and its influence on life. In addition, my dream is that the world will be realized through my work where many people in various countries know, understand, and respect each culture of food. In the company, I do not always want to become a leader. However, I will be able to do my best by providing some elements of leadership. Also, as another hope, I want to contribute to society by the different way from business such as voluntary work.
As short-term goals, the key opportunities for action are to be interested in everything related to my hopes and to do actually what I can do now for my hopes. In order to create a sense of momentum and forward movement, I can collect information about my hopes and try to understand deeply what I really want to do. Also, I will create a sense of stability by broadening my outlook. When I broaden my outlook, I will think not only about myself but also about other people. Therefore, I can judge the situation with stability without persising my own profit. Thinking of "engaging distractions," it may be necessary to pay attention to other things unrelated to tasks. People need to spend time not to think about their tasks because they can wark harder and more effectively after having a relaxed time without considering complex tasks. Also, my short-term milestones are to get information about what I want to do, to have will to realize my hopes, and to learn concrete knowledge from a lot of and various materials or people.
Hi Haruka,
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your vision and goals. Good, healthy food is important, and I think it's great that you want to get into such an industry. My family owned a restaurant, so I had a similar interest when I was younger.
I also like your idea about how people work better after having spent a relaxed time without considering complex tasks, which perhaps ought to be combined with some good food, yes!
