When I faced with adversity or potential setback, I typically try to find the solutions. Immediately after faced with adversity or potential setback, probably I will be very depressed. However, I will start to think that it is no use being depressed and say to myself that the only way to solve the problems is to overcome adversity or potential setback.
2. Are there changes that you can make to this "self-talk" that will create a more optimistic view and enable you to bounce back more quickly?
I think that positive attitude is important to create an optimistic view. Therefore, in "self-talk," I try to believe that I can orvercome adversity or potential setback.

ReplyDeleteI also try to find any solution when I face with adversity or something difficult to deal with. But unfortunately, oftenly I am only depressed, and do not do anything. And finally, without thinking about the problems deeply, I forget them!
I need more self-talk while I have difficulities^^
